Terms of Service

Effective August 8, 2026

These Terms govern your access to ithubnetworks.com and the services offered by IT HUB Networks. Additional written quotes, orders, service agreements, acceptable-use rules, carrier terms, and third-party terms may apply to particular services. If a specific signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the applicable service.

Services and accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of account credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. Service features, availability, prices, and third-party components may change. We may use qualified providers and telecommunications carriers to deliver services.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; unauthorized access; malware; harassment; unsolicited bulk communications; spoofing; evasion of platform enforcement; or the promotion or sale of goods or services prohibited by applicable law, carrier rules, Meta policies, or WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy. You are responsible for your content, recipients, permissions, and compliance.

Messaging consent and conduct

You must obtain and retain legally sufficient consent before sending marketing or automated messages through our services. Purchased, scraped, rented, or third-party contact lists may not be used without documented lawful consent. You must identify the sender, honor opt-out requests promptly, respect message-frequency disclosures, and follow the official WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, carrier requirements, and applicable laws. Consent may not be transferred between unrelated businesses.

Fees and third-party charges

You agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, carrier charges, and usage charges described in your order or account. Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and pricing.

Intellectual property

IT HUB Networks and its licensors retain rights in their software, websites, designs, documentation, trademarks, and service materials. You retain rights in content you provide and grant us the limited rights needed to deliver, secure, and support the services.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend services when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirements, network integrity, or violations of these Terms or provider policies. You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of networks or third-party platforms. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages except where such limitations are prohibited by law. Any service-specific liability terms in a signed agreement control.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify IT HUB Networks from third-party claims arising from your content, unlawful use, failure to obtain consent, or violation of these Terms or applicable provider policies.

Governing law

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Harris County, Texas will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
